Body Building
Controlled, Safe and Targeted
Body building is often described as developing the body’s muscle groups in an effort to maximize their size and delineation. Body building exercises aim to isolate muscle groups and the results often reflect what individuals commonly think of as a muscular look.

Body Building is a form of resistance training that can effectively strengthen key muscle groups. Though individuals who engage in resistance training do not consider themselves body builders, the techniques used are controlled, safe, targeted – and quite effective.

Body building exercises do not require a great deal of athletic ability or coordination, and are very useful for the beginner as well as the experienced exerciser.
Q: How often should I exercise?
A: The answer depends on several things. What goals you have and how much time and effort you are willing to give to this endeavor? Generally, cardio exercise should be incorporated 3-4 days per week for at least 30 or more minutes per day which improves a person’s endurance.
