About Mark Cooper

Mark Cooper, MS, LMT, and CSCS, has been operating Cooper Massage & Fitness, LLC for over 15 years. Certified in New Jersey for therapeutic massage and bodywork, he is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Mark has a master’s degree in exercise science from Ohio University and is a graduate of the Somerset School of Massage Therapy. He previously managed corporate fitness and wellness programs for companies such as PS&G, Liz Claiborne, and Rohm & Haas Chemicals. Mark is a lifelong resident of Chester.

Andy Hess, PT, MA, CEAS, has been a physical therapist for 34 years. His professional education includes a B.S. in Allied Health - Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut and a M.A. in Ergonomics and Biomechanics from New York University. Andy offers individualized physical therapy sessions at Cooper Massage & Fitness with reasonable rates for those who wish to avoid health insurance delays and denials by paying for the service at the time it is provided.
